Lafarge has acquired a 100% stake in Serbian cement factory Beocinska Fabrika Cementa (BFC) after buying out the company's minority shareholders.

725Lafarge has acquired a 100% stake in Serbian cement factory Beocinska Fabrika Cementa (BFC) after buying out the company's minority shareholders.

The French company has invested over €100 million so far in the Serbian company after acquiring a stake in it in 2002.
