RCC to acquire 63% of Iskitimcement's shares

Russian Cement Company (RCC) is reported to be buying 63% of Iskitimcement's shares from RATM holding company.

Russian Cement Company ( 5048RCC) is reported to be buying 63% of 3678Iskitimcement's shares from RATM holding company.

The company is to file the relevant petition to FAS in near future. At present, the parties are said to be finalising the enterprise's audit.

Iskitimcement, which is located in the Novosibirsk region, plans to boost its cement output to 1.45million tonnes in 2012, compared to 1.28million tonnes in 2011.
