Oboroncement signs deal

Russia-based Oboroncement has signed a deal with Denmark-based 7451FLSmidth to supply €135million-worth of equipment for a new cement plant in the Belgorod region of Russia. Construction work on the 3million tonne per year plant started in 2007 but was halted due to the global recession, however, work is now to restart on the three year project.
